Gloria has lived in Upstate NY all her life. She retired from Procter & Gamble in 2002 after 28 years as supervisor of Telecommunication. Gloria joined MHAUS in 2003 as Hotline Coordinator. She works with 32 volunteer anesthesiologists to make sure they are available to cover the 24/7 MH hotline on a monthly basis. Gloria enjoys working for MHAUS because she is given the opportunity to work with medical professionals which has been very enlightening and beneficial.

Dianne moved to Upstate New York from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in 1973. She spent 14 years at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals located in Norwich, NY where she gained experience in Marketing, Executive Administration, and Manufacturing Administration. She began her career with MHAUS in April of 1999 as a part time hotline coordinator. She became Executive Director just three years later, in 2002. When asked why she enjoys working for MHAUS, Dianne stated "The ability I am given to work with truly amazing MH experts who volunteer their time is one of the most positive things I have ever experienced. The efforts of all involved with MHAUS WILL SAVE LIVES, which verifies for me that I am in the right place, doing the right thing!"

Fay moved to Upstate NY with her family from East Freetown, MA in 1993. After she graduated high school, she opened a daycare that she ran for seven years while attending night classes. Fay began working for MHAUS in 2002. Fay stated that she enjoys working for MHAUS because she enjoys speaking with the many medical professionals that care about the safety of their patients as well as speaking with patients that need someone to listen to and help guide them through their journey of being MH susceptible. Fay has three children and she enjoys spending time with her family in her free time.

Sara graduated high school in 2004 and began going to school for Nail Technology. After working as a Nail Tech, she discovered that it was not something she wanted to pursue in. Sara then began waitressing at her aunt's diner and really enjoyed the customer connection. She began her career with MHAUS in April of 2014 as a part time Administrative Assisatant and then full time as the Membership Coordinator. Sara enjoys working for MHAUS because she learns something new every day from everyone she speaks with and from our members. Sara is also a fitness coach and truly enjoys all of the benefits that being fit and healthy can bring.

Tina has lived in Upstate NY all of her adult life. She has worked in customer service and office roles since early in her teenage years. She worked in two local medical offices as an Office Administrator and then as an Administrative Assistance for a large nonprofit organization that serves individuals with disabilities. Tina began working at MHAUS in early 2015 as Projects Coordinator. In early 2016, she graduated college with her Associates Degree in Human Services Management. She enjoys working for MHAUS because she is given the opportunity to help provide and coordinate potentially lifesaving services to healthcare professionals and patients. Tina has four children and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, music, and enjoying the outdoors.
