Purchase Order Policy 

• Payment needed to ship your order; check and credit cards are accepted.
  
  
• Purchase orders are treated similar to a check request and do not ship until paid; fax your purchase order to MHAUS and we will email you an invoice to pay and then once we have received your payment, we will ship your order. Purchase orders not paid within 30 days will be deleted.

• Download a copy of order form here to mail or fax in your order or to share item numbers and descriptions with your purchasing department and others at your facility.

• Pricing is subject to change at any time.
