Description: Dosage chart makes it easy to determine how many vials to prepare based on patient's weight  from 5 kilograms to 330 pounds. Based on loading dose of 2.5 mg per kg. Calculated using 20 mg vials of Revonto®/Dantrium® reconstituted with 60 mls of sterile water without a bacteriostatic agent or 250 mg vials of Ryanodex® reconstituted with 5 mls of sterile water without a bacteriostatic agent.
