The following survey is designed to help researchers see what issues those with malignant hyperthermia may encounter and to use that insight to design further studies. Please be honest in your replies. Feel free to add comments about issues that we may not have addressed. 

All information will be kept confidential. If you want to be contacted for future research studies, be sure that your contact information is current in your local research registry. This may be the North American MH Registry of MHAUS (NAMHR), see www.mhaus.org/registry. If you already registered and want to be part of future studies through the NAMHR call 1-888-274-7899 to ensure your contact information in the North American MH Registry is current.

If you have MH and experience no symptoms, please complete these survey as some people experience these issues and others do not. 

Parents can complete a survey for minor children. One survey per child. Thank you for your help.
